  • To be treated with dignity, respect, fairness, and professionalism.
  • To receive clear information about available services and program expectations.
  • To receive services without unlawful discrimination.
  • To have personal information protected consistent with law and organizational policy.
  • To ask questions and receive understandable answers.
  • To participate in developing your career goals and service plan.
  • To decline a service or referral unless participation is required for a specific voluntary program you choose to enter.
  • To provide feedback, make a complaint, or report a concern without retaliation for acting in good faith.
  • To be informed that PFS cannot guarantee interviews, employment, wages, hours, or continued employment.
